Developed by Coach House Consulting, the Northeast Ohio Pantry is a platform that provides awareness of and access to pantry goods that are produced in Northeast Ohio. Recognizing a void in the marketplace, our mission is to offer online shoppers locally produced, quality, authentic, shelf-stable items for their pantry and provide the local family suppliers of those goods an additional sales channel and support for their business endeavors.
With the changing environment, people have migrated to more online shopping and the convenience of pre-packaged assortments that are easy to ship and enjoy. They look for quality products coupled with an enjoyable online shopping experience.
Some suppliers of those shelf-stable items in Northeast Ohio may not have sufficient eCommerce capabilities needed to support the many customers who are now purchasing online. Or they may need support in improving their online presence.
By making alliances with local pantry goods suppliers, the Northeast Ohio Pantry will give customers a combination of "shopping local" and a good selection of products, while enhancing the business of the local suppliers.
We look for the best and most innovative pantry products which may include baking mixes, breakfast items, condiments, beverages, pastas & sauces, and snacks. Our first partner is Sirna’s Farm & Market in Auburn, Ohio. We developed pre-packaged assortments of high-quality pantry items produced by Sirna’s Farm and by other local suppliers available through their market and provided for online sales of those assortments via the Northeast Ohio Pantry website.
